Meatloaf 113 Review

The flavor I thought was fair and the meatloaf was somewhat dry. Maybe the HB was too lean. Next time I will add two eggs and cup of milk. Thinking of adding onion, celery and grated carrots sautéed. I could be wrong just thinking this would give it more flavor.
