I recently ordered a 42” outdoor Fireplace insert and I have to say I needed to call in several times before placing the order and everyone I spoke with were knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. I haven’t used the fireplace yet as the contractors doing work won’t be done with our outdoor project until first week of June. But all my initial dealings with this company have been exceptional.

My friend has this fireplace and also ordered it from you guys. I went with the HD Logset and everything came out amazing, this is the best looking outdoor fireplace i’ve seen. Would recommend for anyone’s backyard.
