⭐️⭐️⭐️ 3/5 — Great Training Tool, But Not Shepherd-Strong

I really liked the concept of the FOR DOG TRAINERS Hollow Rubber Dog Ball on String — it's lightweight, easy to throw, and great for training and fetch. The string makes it easy to interact with my dog, and it definitely grabbed his attention. However, the rubber just didn’t hold up to the powerful jaws of my German Shepherd. After only a few play sessions, the ball showed significant wear and started to break apart. It might be a great option for dogs with a softer bite or for supervised play, but it’s not durable enough for serious chewers like shepherds. I’d recommend it for light to moderate chewers or for use during structured training sessions where chewing is limited. For power chewers, something tougher would be a better investment.
