Extremely Hard Pool Water

I mainly purchased this product to treat the new tile I installed on our spillway from the hot tub into the pool. It is doing a good job of preventing calcium buildup on the horizontal surfaces as well as vertical surfaces however, at the outer edges of the waterfall I still have some buildup. I have applied several coats as advised, but still have deposits. I feel Tile Shield is doing a good job with the conditions of my water quality. Maybe if my water was not as hard as it is, I feel it would be a fantastic solution.
