Item arrived with the incorrect plug I wanted a uk plug and it arrived with a eu plug no good to me. When I contacted the company they just said tough. I would not deal with this company again also forgot completely about 1/2 my order. I had to wait another 2 weeks to receive the rest of it only after contacting them again, terrible experience
