Excellent products and customer service

I have had nothing but good experiences with the builddirect products and customer service. Recently I needed to replace a few pieces of luxury vinyl plank that had experienced damage after install. Ben was excellent in helping me order replacement flooring. When I received the new boxes of flooring, I discovered that the manufacturer had slightly modified the tongue and groove. The new boards were not compatible with my existing flooring. I reached out to Ben explaining the issue, and he immediately contacted the manufacturer. A day later, he had sourced 3 boxes of old stock from the manufacturer that matched my existing flooring. I would have been in real trouble without Ben’s help (I’m talking about needing to replace flooring on the entire lower level of my home if I couldn’t find the matching product). The customer support has been amazing. Any flooring product I need in the future is definite coming from builddirect! Thanks again Ben.
