Low Country LVP flooring

The low country LVP flooring was fine. I ordered 5 boxes of the planks to replace those in my den that had been improperly installed. BuildDirect was the only distributor so there was no alternative other than going with different flooring from the rest of the house. The 5 boxes of planks of 10 to a box was $538. 50 which was acceptable but the “premier shipping” cost of $249 as the only option offered was more than half the cost if the planks themselves. When I shared this with the flooring company that installed these planks, they could not believe it, They stated that they often have to special order flooring for customers and have never encountered a shipping fee as high as BuildDirect charges, i highly recommend that BuildDirect reevaluate its shipping policy which in my opinion is excessive. I was between a rock and a hard place. Otherwise, I would not have ordered from BuildDirect because of its shipping cost,
