I love the case. It is a little different than I expected, making the silence button difficult to press. but otherwise, i really like the case and it is great quality. Also, I know getting this preorder was stressful for the company, but the customer service i received was terrible. or should I say the customer service i /didn't/ receive. there was zero update ever on why the orders were delayed so much. I even reached out to them several times asking for updates on my order and never once got a response. I also never received a shipping update or notification. I would not have even know my package had arrived or even shipped in the first place if i had not been using the shop app. no email or anything.
