Best self-winding hose reel I own

I have four different brands of self-winding hose reels. What makes the Neotec my favorite is the back and forth guide as the hose rewinds, which distributes the hose evenly on the reel. The other brands I own sometimes bunch the hose preventing full retraction. To fix, I have to pull the hose out again and more carefully let it retract. Also, the strength of the retraction spring is noticeable although you need to be careful not to release the hose for retraction without manually slowing it down. In other words, the strength is great but be careful the hose doesn't get away from you.

So far so good!

The only reason I m giving a 4 is we just installed it a few days ago. Sure is better than hand winding up the 100 foot hose! Great communication! Great fast shipping! Recommend from a neighbor. Loving it so far!
