They are great quality and will enhance a man's physique. But they fit like a compression shirt. I'm always a men's Large and krdered this multi pack in L. Any soft spots in your stomach will be on display if you don't size up 1.

Super disappointed. I barely got any use out of it before it started falling apart. Save your money and look for something better constructed. This one is going straight to the trash.

I’m 6’0 weigh 185 and got a large. The fit has been great. I’ve been looking for something not baggy around the waist and this was great. Not too tight tho, just right. I have a 42” chest and 32” waist
