The Jasper Santa Fe Oak flooring that we purchased has not been installed yet so I can’t fully comment on the product at this point . However I can praise Build Direct for its customer service and the delivery of this large cross country order . Very helpful and informative throughout the process . Starting with the samples provided , these helped make the decision to use Build Direct. It is a leap of faith to use a product that will be such a feature in your home, being shipped, etc … Jeff communicated and found the best pricing and delivery solution for us .
