Terrible Shoe

I bought two pairs of these. They are the worst Cole Haan shoes I’ve ever purchased. The leather rather than the synthetic heal cup was or poor quality, balled up, ruined my socks with staining, and left abrasions on my Achilles. At first, I thought they were too small and attempted to return them after wearing them one time, but my request was denied. Secondly, I attempted to return them again due to the poor quality of leather and the challenges I had with wearing them a second time and was denied yet again. I have several pair of Cole Hawn shoes that have always been my go to. However, I will never purchase another pair again based on the poor experience, I’ve had in an attempt to return a defective product.

Comfortable

Very Comfortable shoes you can go wrong but the only problem is. that in the back of the shoes the soul rubs again your ankle making you blister in the back so I will have to take it to a shoe repair shop and see if they can help me but other wise very good shoe
