Love the shoe - missed the sale

This is my third pair of these shoes - they are awesome. However, I was miffed when they went on sale three days after I ordered them and before I received them. How about a credit or future purchase credit?

Squeaking After Less Than a Month of Use

I purchased these white shoe and have been wearing them primarily to the office. They are comfortable, stylish, and fit well, which is why I’m disappointed by an issue that developed so quickly. Within a few weeks of normal use, the shoes began making a noticeable squeaking/quacking sound with each step. In a quiet office environment, the noise is quite distracting and embarrassing. The shoes have not been exposed to unusual conditions, and I would not expect this issue to occur so soon, especially at the price point associated with Cole Haan products. I would appreciate guidance on whether this is a known issue and if there are any repair, replacement, or warranty options available. Otherwise, I would hesitate to purchase this model again despite its comfort and appearance.
