Kash Lip Mask and Wonderful Customer Service

I truly am enjoying my lip mask and my lips are getting softer but I really appreciated the owner. The first time my package was sent to my house, someone stole my lip mask out of the packaging. Needless to say I was not happy. I asked him if they do refunds or could resend the product and they could not unfortuately ( I get it; it's a small owned business). What he did offer was 25% off when I bought again. When I successfully got my package/order, he included two soap samples of his soaps! I have not tried yet but that was very kind of him. Shout out to Kash!
