Lovely silky texture

The texture of this pasta is unusually smooth and cooks perfectly in 8 minutes. I have been eating this pasta exclusively since trying it and can't imagine eating any other kind of pasta. It tastes good with different kinds of sauces including just adding some lemon zest and good quality clams/garlic. Very versatile.
