Extreme difference in quality (for same coaster)

There was an extreme difference in quality between the 5 "South Bend" coasters I purchased. 3 were good and 2 were of drastically lower quality. It looks like whatever machine you used to color the lines ran out of ink halfway through the job and they are the lines (for seats/benches) starts running horizontally when it should be straight (judging by the other "good" 3 that came in the order).

Does not have Notre Dame printed on it

Have not gifted it yet

Christmas gift for son-in-law. We were blown away by the quality when we peaked at it, but the son-in-law was even more blown away. Super high quality, quickly shipped, and well-packaged
