The customer service text interaction was very good and very kind. We love our KooKoo clock. However the shipment tracking, which did eventually arrive, was a bit mysterious and difficult to track.

Lost hand KooKoo responded about replacing immediately.

I contacted KooKoo, about replacing the hand. Heard back that day and hand was sent out. Received the hand within the week. Great customer service.
