The product - it is beautiful looking and feeling. What you'd expect from the band and for the price. HOWEVER - and it is written in their blurb, but like me you may miss it - it does leak!! Splash proof is their 'expression' for literally your drink will spill while you walk. If you want a mug to carry with you choose a different leak-free one (I'm sure they have some ridiculous marketing expression for this). But be careful. Nevertheless - I love the cup for the office at home. An yes it does spill out of the opening on the way up the stairs. But drinking from it makes me happy.
