Awesome support experience for our x-mid pro

Developed a small tear near the zipper after our last trip. Rachel and the support team help me understand options including shipping it back to them for a free repair or how best to have it stitched locally. They also sent me a repair kit with seam seal tape as I’d misplaced the old one…great product and great support!

So Easy

I melted a hole in the door of my xmid pro 2 - fortunately these DCF patches covered the hole and it looks far better that expected - time will tell on whether it'll last but all good for now. Ordered from UK - arrived 3 days later - no customs. Thanks, Durston!
