Works as described in the video
Have on older xMid pro and had to cut open at the end. Replacement of the slider worked and the zipper of fully functional thank you!

Best customer service anywhere!!
I bought the X-mid pro 2 in 2024. One of the best if not the best tent I have ever own in close to 40 years of backpacking. With out a doubt the best customer service of any company I have dealt with ever!!! If you have a question they will do their best to get the right answer to you. When buying my tent and asking question I ended up emailing with Dan Durston himself. I had a zipper problem and they went way far out of their way to help me. You can't ask for better service than that. I do not pay easy complements, they deserve them!! Thanks guys!!!

Zippers work!
I was discouraged when my zippers stopped working, but replacing the sliders did the trick!
