This company has excellent customer service! My samples got lost in the mail and the rep sent a new batch with priority shipping and personally made sure I got the package asking for updates. The set we ended up purchasing feels so luxurious and fits even better than the original cover made by IKEA. I couldn't recommended this brand more! I look forward to placing future orders.
