I really enjoy the coffee—it’s excellent. However, the customer service leaves much to be desired. I’ve placed orders through the website, only to have them sit unfulfilled for a month until I call to follow up. On one occasion, after calling to confirm an order placed on a Tuesday, I was told it would ship on Friday. That Friday came and went with no shipment. When I followed up three weeks later, a different person answered the phone and showed little interest in my concern, simply stating that another department was responsible. In summary: great coffee, poor customer service.
