I recently bought 3 different cases for my iPhone 16 Pro max. Unfortunately 1 of the cases would not charge properly using a MagSafe charger. I received a very quick response from customer support for replacement case. The new case is perfect, thanks for your excellent response & support.

It’s more on the looks side than protecting your phone. The walls of the case feels a bit thin and made of a harder plastic, but does its job fine falling at an acceptable drop. And the mag safe back is a bit weak than expected, but still functional.
