Kanagawa deskmat and amazing customer service

I love my new deskmat! It looks really good on my desk and is even better than I expected. I definitely recommend the large size if you have the space for it. My first order was delayed for over a month after FedEx lost the package and kept pushing back the delivery date, but Osume customer service was fantastic. They replied quickly, helped me try to contact the courier, and when that didn’t work, they offered a replacement and even switched to a different shipping company. I’ll definitely be ordering from them again!
