I love the cocoa and chai flavors, but am always disappointed in the EXTREME difficulty of opening both the boxes these products come in, as well as the cans containing the powdered product. My severly arthritic hands cannot do that myself, so i have to wait for a friend to visit. Any chance you could make this process more handicapped accessible in the future for ones like myself and others who no longer have any hand and tinger strength?
