Maxi-Cure has been the most bulletproof adhesive I’ve used with the Super Sabres. You can either:

Wipe the base with isopropyl alcohol. Then wipe the bottom a few times with a DRY paper towel until you feel the alcohol is gone.
Or run the Sabre Primer Pen down the base of the vane.

Then run a thin continuous bead of Maxi-Cure down

Very pleased

I just recently bought some white super Sabre vanes to try out. I shoot fixed blade heads and wanted to see what these are all about. I’ve shot out to 50 yards so far and they control multiple fixed heads I shoot great! Seem very quiet in flight as well. Fletching has been easy. I did use a primer pen I had and I ordered and used the Bob Smith glue they sell. The glue holds really well and haven’t had an issue. Give DCA a try!
