Floral and Pink Tie and Sock Groom Set

The tie set was not available and customer service has deteriorated since I last ordered. I had to follow up on my order to only find out that the tie set was not available. I then requested a different tie set to then be told they would refund me $X for my troubles. The amount refunded was the difference between what was originally ordered and new selection. I had originally raved about this company however, after this dealing, I am questioning their business practice and will not recommend them any longer.

I ordered my wedding tie and my son’s pocket square that we decided to wear in our ceremony in early March. We hadn’t heard a word or received any shipping updates within a week of us leaving for our wedding in Mexico. I sent one email asking if the items would arrive in time and I got an immediate response. They were sent immediately and came on time….my wife and I couldn’t have been happier! Thank you for making our day special!
