honest review of Hydrasource range!

Bought this 2 months ago in april to try out the matrix biolage range after looking into reviews and the company’s story about enforcing more natural ingredients. I had high hopes for this as my hair is overly processed with going blonde a few times and having thicker long asian hair. It’s a nice and lightweight shampoo, very different compared to when I used olaplex (which is very thick and viscous shampoo). My hair doesn’t feel amazingly different but it is much more lightweight compared to a thicker hair product like olaplex products. I followed the shampoo with the matrix biolage hydrasource detangler and keratindose conditioner to help detangle and soften my dry and bleached hair. I would prefer if this shampoo was more thicker in consistency to provide me a better lather as I find that I have to use double the shampoo of what I used to. But a nice and light shampoo to use for those who prefer it. 7.5/10

Worth every cent

I have used this shampoo for years now, every time I try to use something new (it is good to rotate products on your hair) I always reach back for this product. It is all natural ingredients so there are no hidden nasties and lathers very well so a small bit goes a long way.
