Great customer service experience

My Vitamin C came with pump not working. I reached out and got a replacement. I think I like the product (I’ve only been using it for about two weeks, it seems to me that my skin looks better. The only thing that I’m not sure is to know if I’m applying it correctly and enough because of it’s very light consistency and it’s a little prickly after I apply it.
