I was beyond impressed to open my package and discover a lovely, reusable box containing an adorable pouch with the perfect folklore necklace inside. (Even my husband commented on the beautiful packaging). The quality of the necklace is excellent, especially for such a reasonable price, and it is the perfect neutral piece to wear with any outfit. The jewellery care instruction card even listed all of Taylor's jewellery-related lyrics. Such a great touch. What really made my day, however, was Holly's handwritten, personalized card. I can’t say enough positive things about Holly and her shop. First of all, I ordered two of her necklaces and couldn’t be happier with them both. They are dainty and sit right at my collarbone. They each are adorned with a subtle nod to Taylor. Now as far as customer service, Holly’s got this down! The way she packages her products makes you truly feel special.
