I named mine Vader

Yes, I named mine Vader. I almost purchased a YS1500 in 2019, but ended up getting a YS640. After 5 years of use, I found that I needed more room in my smoker as I was cooking more and for more people. I decided to upgrade and when I went online…I saw this beast. I have had 6 cooks on Vader, and am amazed and happy with everything I have made. Yes, it’s a big investment, but the smiles on my family and friends faces is enough justification. Smoke on good people…smoke on.
