I have always loved Colleen, but I ordered the 32 ounce product which I believe to be a bottle is that’s what it showed in the picture and a huge bag came. That was a refill. It was not clear during the purchase that this was a refill that did not come in bottle with a pump. When I reached out, I was told I could return it. Not really a satisfactory response.

Love it!

Best hand wash that I have ever tried. Leaves your hands feeling clean but moisturized. And the fragrance is perfect. I have gifted this to several friends and they all love it.
