ETO 750 wine decanter: Stainless satin finish

I paid $40 to have it personalized and it came without it. I have been unable to reach anyone about it. Very sad about not having the personalization delivered as ordered especially when buying a high end gift like this. The product came and works as described. Don't bother personalizing it. You won't get it and you won't be able to reach anyone about issues with your order.
