It is so soft and such good quality, definitely worth it❤️

I ordered back in January and still have yet to receive my order that was over $200. I emailed them and received an email back stating they'd look into it right away and get back with me. That was almost a week ago, & they haven't reached out. I received a tracking number for shipping on February 19th. When I track it, it says it's awaiting a package from the seller. A response as to why it's taking so long would be appreciated. Update the sweaters came in & they're perfect. Everything I imagined them to be!
