The creases have been unbearable to work out. The rust color had more pink in it than expected. I was notified that my large carpet would arrive folded after I placed my order as well as stating the carpets are made to order which took longer than expected We’ll never order from them again. The better price is not worth what you get.

The rug is great. Really nice and great quality. It took a little longer to be delivered than I expected, but overall it was great!

We had a great experience with Allen and are thoroughly enjoying our Capitola Ivory Rug. Its a beautiful wool rug and the color is a cream ivory exactly what we wanted. The rug was packaged very well and Allen even included another plastic sleeve in the event that we wanted to return it. We will order from this company again with no hesitation.
