5/8 OPEN END LUG NUT SET 5/8-18 INSTALLATION LUG KIT 13/16 HEX BULGE ACORN OPEN LUGS

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ORDERING FROM THEM! None of the lug nuts were the size ordered, all were used with dents and grim, they took a month to get here, and customer service is absent. I sent a string of emails over an entire week because USPS kept saying that the package was never received but they had said that the lug nuts were given to USPS. I contacted USPS, USPS said they didn’t have it and to contact their company. I tried contacting SpacerExperts multiple times and didn’t hear back from them until I placed a claim with my credit card telling them I thought I was scammed and wanted to be refunded the money. The credit card company must have gotten a hold of them because the very next day is when they finally emailed me back. They refused to refund me “because USPS already had my package” (USPS only about a week ago said they had received my package and started the shipment process). Shortly after they magically took those specific lug nuts off of their website too.

I'd rate the product a zero if I could as I have yet to receive it. My truck has been stuck on jackstands since May 4th when I placed this order. It's now June 2nd and, just like my truck, my order hasn't moved since. USPS says they see a shipping label was created but have not recieved it yet. I have reached out to Spacer Experts twice and was given the generic we'll look into it. I still haven't heard a thing back from them yet. This is ridiculous. They're lug nuts that can fit in a ziploc bag, it's not a bloody engine block! I've had orders from JAPAN arrive faster than this.
