Very high quality product, and super easy to use. I can change out weights in between sets in about 30 sec for both dumbbells. And you can increase the weight in 2.5 lb increments starting with 15 lb.

I ordered the hex style IFAST 50 lb adjustable dumbbells. Plates stay secure and do not come loose unless you manually loosen the caps. Plates are easy to remove and install without having to completely remove the screw caps. Loosen the cap, switch out a couple of plates, line up the tabs, then tighten the screw caps. The handle will also fit in dumbbell spotter hooks perfectly. These may actually be better than the Ironmaster quick-lock dumbbells according to some users because of the performance and convenience as well as the affordable price. Also, there's no plate clattering when dumbbells are in motion. Definitely worth the money. I'd take these over those dial convexed handled style adjustable dumbbells any day.
