Premium Suede - Purple/Black

Still getting used to my pillow. The quality and materials used are wonderful - truly top notch! I just need to find a good position. I need to move my elbows forward so they rest on the pillow. Right now, my elbows rest on the sides where there is the least amount of cushioning. Otherwise, I am happy with my purchase!

Cover arrived damaged. I received a weak apology and offer to replace. When I pointed out that what I received was different than what I saw on the website I was offered an “upgrade” for an additional $10. Honestly I think they could have eaten the $10, since what they sent me was defective. But I guess I have high customer service standards.

I have had a big reduction in shoulder and arm pain since I received it, and I use it not only to knit, but also read. I highly recommend it for anyone who crafts.
