Great in theory, but does not stay cold long out of the freezer. You would have much better luck with a cold wash cloth or regular ice pack.

Attractive decorative item

Was replacing my old neck warmer. Couldn’t get it warm enough in my good microwave. When shaken lightly, it emitted a fine dust (clay?) which caused a coughing attack. Not usable.
