Great product but the shipping was way longer than expected.

I really wanted these shoes to work!

I will say that the customer service is awesome. Sadly the sizing of this shoe just doesn’t work. Others mentioned needing to order a half size down, so I did. My big toe was just touching the front. I knew from past experience that this is unworkable in the long term, as I wanted these shoes for walking. I returned and ordered my usual size and they promptly arrived. Yes there is enough room in the toe box, but they are waaaay too wide and the heel slipped with each step. So, sadly, will not keep. If only they had better sizing! I have the same problem with Merrill shoes with length. Too little room or way too much. If these shoes work for you, I’m really jealous!
