Defective Brim

I love your mushroom hats so much that I recently ordered a second one in a different color (Order #10667). Unfortunately, I’m having an issue with the brim on this one not staying flat. The first hat I purchased fit perfectly and held a nice, even shape. This new one, however, has a brim that curves downward on one side. I’ve tried flattening it with a weight for a couple of days, but as soon as I put it on, it slopes down again… which, honestly, looks a little goofy. I’ve received a ton of compliments on your hats, and loved the quality of the first one, so I was surprised by this. I also noticed that the stitching along the base of the brim appears slightly crooked, which may be contributing to the issue.

Broken Clasp/Very Helpful

The clasp on my hat is faulty. The company reached out quickly and resolved the problem. Very pleased.
