Irritated

Im being asked to write a review on something ive yet to recieve. I have emailed you multiple times and never had a response from you. The tracking doesn't work and 3 weeks later im still waiting to recieve my order. Why do you never respond ? Its not really a great impression for anyone ,let alone a 1st time customer to be treated like this. Rather disappointed.
