Lots of Features, But Difficult to Operate - A Disappointment

Overall, I’m disappointed with this product. Perhaps I received what can best be described as an “out-of-box failure.” I’m not able to fill it; it is difficult to use, more specifically, it is very hard to ignite it and it is very difficult to keep the lighter ignited.

Good value and product. The torch works great. The v-cutter allows a deep cut if desired where others are limited to shallow cuts. I may purchase more for gifts.

Exactly as described and I love all the features. Has a nice weight to jt, which I really like. Easy to use, easy to fill and overall I am very pleased and happy I bought this lighter.
