Beautiful stitching, but stiffer material than expected

I bought this for my fiancé, and it appears to be beautifully made (nice lining, good stitching). This is my first experience with kraft paper as a material, and it is stiffer than I thought it would be, but this may just need to break in. The company/customer service was absolutely phenomenal to work with.
