Explorer Case Retrofit Kit For Apple Watch

The band looks amazing and feels very well made. Once installed, it completely changes the look of the watch and gives it a very premium and stylish appearance. Unfortunately, I’m having a major issue with the buttons. When the band/case is installed, the buttons seem to get stuck or remain pressed, causing the watch to malfunction. It has even triggered the Emergency/SOS screen by itself. I removed it and reinstalled it several times thinking that maybe I had installed it incorrectly, but the same problem keeps happening. Everything closes and fits properly, and visually it looks spectacular, but the buttons do not work correctly and end up interfering with the watch. I really like the design and would love to keep using it, but unfortunately, this issue makes it very difficult to use.
