I bought the rope to adjust the length so I can practice DU with a slightly longer rope. A slightly heavier rope would also be nice.
In practice, the handles are very heavy, and it's quite difficult to make long sets due to the total weight of the rope.
Due to international shipping, it's an overpriced rope that can't be returned. There are much better options for non-Americans.

Awesome rope. The bearings are so smooth and balanced that the handles will freespin for 90 seconds. Rope will never tangle, its too ‘ridgid’, in a good way. It retains its shape as you spin it. Not good for tricks and crossovers and such, but I’m only looking for a good workout. This is the most well constructed rope I have tried in 30 years. Silky, effortless rotation, any speed you like. Rope (PVC cable), will NEVER tangle. Handles feel great in the hand and heavy enough to let your shoulders know they are there, but not too heavy where your shoulders tire before the lower body. A jump rope for working out, all speeds, casual to double unders, 60 sec. to 45 minutes, there is nothing better, at any price. Freestyle crossover tricks exc, look to another one of their products. If they make all their ropes like this one, it will be high end craftsmanship. Last, this rope says for beginners, however it can be used my advanced jumpers as well. I’ve been skipping 30 years, A+ rope, get it!
