Zen Bamboo Electric Toothbrush

The product is not bamboo. I requested to return product and was denied. They pointed to the “recycled plastic” that the item is made of, but i trusted the title of the item rather than going into the product specifications and details before buying. Poor business practices and customer service.

Looks good although I wish i knee there was a version that was compatible with other brush heads. The heads are quite soft even though they claim to be medium.

My toothbrush doesn’t work and no one will respond to my emails in an attempt to get it replaced.
