I absolutley love it..............nothing but natural to cure ones ailments. I grew up on many of these, my sweet beautiful Grandma from Poland administered nothing but natural ingredients and to this day I use the same. My Son now does the same. I recommend this beautiful poster to everyone. Happy Healthy living to all!

Very Informative

I have many books on healing herbs and supplements but this poster now hangs in my office (at home) so I can quickly look at it rather then hunt thru one of my books for a refresher on how to treat something. Beautifully done and colorful with just the right information. Love this!
