We are a part of a supper club with 5 couples. The host home picks a country and we attempt to cook traditional dishes. We cooked Cape Verdean dishes and percebes are a delicacy in Cape Verde. We surprised the group with boiled percebes and a lemon garlic butter dip. The gooseneck barnacles were amazing and the entire group loved them!
