Outstanding customer service, unlike anywhere else when you buy a hat online they send you images of the hat before they ship it to make sure you think it looks good or if any changes need to be made. Also the lead time is exceptional, I ordered it on Sunday morning and got the images sometime on Monday and the hat arrived later the same week. Overall just a great experience and I will be continuing to buy my hats from Crazy House as this is my second hat I’ve ordered from them and I’ve recommend them to everyone I know.
