Good Hair, A Few Issues

The hair itself is soft, full, and the curl pattern is beautiful. However, my order had shipping issues, which was frustrating. The company did make it right by providing a gift card and a gift, and I appreciated that. Overall, the hair is good, but the shipping experience and communication kept this from being a 5-star experience.
